Remote Online Notary (RON)
An online Notary Public is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Texas who has the authority to perform a remove notarization using an audio-visual conference rather than having the individual physically appear before the Notary at the time of notarization. Mobile Notary
A Mobile Notary or Traveling Notary is a Notary Public who travels to meet clients-in person. Usually you musth make an appointment and wait to meet a mobile notary at a specified time and locations. Certified Signing Agent
A Notary Signing Agent or NSA is a Notary who has specialized training to handle loan document signings. Title companies and signing services hire NSAs to deliver loan documents to borrowers, oversee the signing and return of the documents. A Certified agent has had a background screening completed.

How much do you charge for your services?
My Notary fees start from $6.00 per document stamp. Travel fee applies for Mobile Notary. Travel fees start at $30.00 depending on travel distance and time. Text me for a free estimate.
How do I book an appointment with Steady Notary?
Give me a call or send me a text and I will send my availability for the day. I try and do same day requests when my schedule permits.
What is Mobile Notary?
A Notary that travels to the client's location to complete notarizations. In addition to Notary fees, there will be a separate travel fee. (Minimum $30.00)
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Zelle, Venmo and Cash.
Can a Notary assist in drafting documents?
No. A Notary can only perform the Notarial acts and complete the Notarial Certificate. It is illegal for a Notary to prepare, draft, select or give advice concerning legal documents.
What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
Texas allows online Notaries to perform the same notarial acts as traditional Notaries remotely. This is a very easy way to get your documents Notarized. I am authorized to do RON by the State of Texas.
